DEPOSIT NOW REQUIRED WITH BOOKINGS
It is with regret that we are now taking a deposit with bookings. This follows a significant increase in no shows and last minute cancellations, which have unfairly prevented other customers from booking in while directly effecting our self-employed stylists earnings.
Deposits can be paid by cash or card in the salon or over the phone and will be payable on booking. Money pre-paid will of course come off the final bill.
Deposits will apply as follows:
- Gents/childs cuts £10
- Ladies wet cut or wash, cut and blowdry £20
- Gents colours £20
- Re touch or full head tint £30
- T section or half highlights £30
- Full head highlights or Balayage £40
Time frames on losing deposits:
Cancel 48+ hours before appointment –
Refund or move deposit to your next appointment
Cancel after 48 but before 24 hours –
50% deposit charge with the remaining 50% refunded or moved to your next appointment
Cancel after 24 hours – Deposit will be non-refundable
