We’ve been contacting clients who’ve had appointments cancelled since our temporary closure due to CV, re-booking them into a rolling diary for when we open again. If you think you should have had a call but haven’t, please contact us.

We’ve described this as a ‘rolling diary’ because we don’t know when the Government will allow us to reopen but at least you’ll have the comfort of a future booking.

If you would like to be included, please PM us on Facebook or message us through our ‘Contact Us’ Page with:

– the day(s) you can make (Opening days: Mon – Sat)
– am or pm preferences
– choice of service
– choice of Stylist (confirm ‘any’ if you don’t mind) and
– your mobile number

We will slot you into the diary and confirm a week number, day and appointment time, ie Week 1 being the first week of opening, Week 2 the second, etc.

Please understand that we don’t know what Gov restrictions we will be working under when we return so this rolling diary cannot be tablets of stone but we’ll let you know and give what priority we can if we need to reschedule your booking as a result. Equally, please advise us if your circumstances change and you won’t make your appointment so we can be fair and move other customers forward.

If you are new to Hair Jungle and require a colour service, please be aware you will need an allergy test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment and we can’t unfortunately book that appointment until we have test results. Consultations and allergy tests are done on a ‘walk-in’ basis and there may be a short wait at busy times.
